Animal glue (gel glue, jelly glue) is a new type of environmentally friendly adhesive. Jelly glue produces less pollution and is less harmful to the human body, making it one of the most widely used adhesives across various industries.

Usage Instructions:

The operating temperature for animal glue, gel glue, and jelly glue: In winter, when the room temperature is below 10℃, the temperature should generally be set between 80℃ and 90℃. In summer, when the room temperature is above 20℃, the temperature should generally be set between 70℃ and 75℃. Temperature values may vary depending on the equipment used, and the difference between the set temperature of the hot melt equipment and the actual temperature of the glue may also change in extremely low or high ambient temperatures. Precautions:

Animal glue, gel glue, and jelly glue are high-protein materials. Jelly glue should not be used with other glues or substances. Once the protective film is removed, the jelly glue should be used immediately and should not be exposed to air for extended periods. Jelly glue can be reused multiple times; after the machine stops, the glue will cool and solidify again. Simply reheat and melt it before the next use. However, repeated heating and cooling will affect the glue's viscosity. It is recommended to add an appropriate amount of glue block based on the actual processing volume.
